Energy Healing

Service Description

My approach to energy healing pulls from several healing modalities I have come in contact with over the years. Unlike other energy healing, I do no subscribe to a limiting traditional structure. I work solely with the loving flow of The Divine/Spirit to meet your specific needs without dogma or restriction interfering. During your scheduled time I will hold sacred space and — through a series of visualizations — will begin the healing process. I will work through your 7 main chakras and any other areas I feel lead to do so. Once I am finished, you will receive a 1-page PDF recap to review. While not required, it is suggested that you choose a time where you can be left undisturbed or distracted for 30 minutes. You will receive the optimal healing experience if you are able to lay down or sit in a comfortable position. You are welcome to bring in any relaxation tools you enjoy such as aromatherapy or soft music. Please refrain from choosing anything that will distract you from being present in the moment. Falling asleep is totally normal and does not effect the healing process. Whether you are able to find time to relax or not, take notice of any changes of mood, energy level, or thinking patterns during your scheduled time.
